Job Purpose

To drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and creating strong relationships with
clients, employees and Stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused on employee motivation and growth, financial growth and
customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Designs plans tied to budgets & strategies, performance data capture against targets, and
    payment execution.
  • Establish thoughtful and innovative strategies to increase operational efficiency and revenue
    generation.
  • Manage sales initiative requests from the markets and working in collaboration with the sales
    managers to vet out and prioritize as appropriate.
  • Continually improve our market position and innovation through collaboration and prioritization
    of solutions (i.e. product development, sales strategies, tactics, value-added programs, etc.)
  • Play a meaningful role in architecting, developing, and iterating data-centric analyses to improve
    efficiency across our customer experience-centered organization.
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process
    consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.
  • Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence of sales team activities including forecasting,
    pipeline generation, win/loss rates, quota attainment, planning, and opportunity management.
  • Support implementation of consultancy monitoring, evaluation, impact and learning.
  • Assist sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Provide support to ensure sound risk management of commercial contracts, identify and escalate
  • risks when appropriate.
  • Providing clear monthly performance reports, collaborating with a range of people outside the
    Business Development Team to gather business intelligence.
  • Ensure regular catch-ups with Business Development and Retail Business Managers on new
    opportunities and compliance requirements.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Identify and maintain new contacts and networks relevant for business development and project
    identification.
  • Assess value for money and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the Management teams to identify and secure partnerships, opportunities and
    calls for bids to generate revenue.
  • Manage the business budget.
  • Uphold all aspects of company policies and procedures and legal requirements in relation to
    personal conduct.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management

Education and Professional Requirements

A Masters in business Administration with a bias in Marketing.

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • At least 8 Years’ of proven working experience in a Sales and / or Marketing Managerial position or a
    relevant role.
  • Demonstrable experience in building long lasting, effective relationships with employees, customers and
    stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent Market knowledge in Furniture and Stationary Business
  • Strong presentation skills.
